I really enjoy long weekends at home with my family. We tons of fun yesterday! I played tennis with the kids, assembled a Lego Ninjago set with Little Mr. M, did a Pixos Micros craft project with Little Ms. M…..

My son is crazy about Ninjago. This is Kai, Red Ninja of Fire.

And while the kids napped, I made personalized chevron gift cards for my family!

Each kid has his or her own card and we have a a card with everyone’s name on it.

I used free printable chevron paper designs I found on the internet. Here are my favorites:

The Girl Creative has some cool designs she is sharing.  She also has pictures of chevron on furniture. Click here.

Sprik Space has tons of chevron colors to choose from. Click here.

Mel Stampz has a wide selection of paper sizes including chevron, moroccan tile and vintage vine paper patters. Click here.

So today, while the kids swim with their dad, I will get started on our family’s Christmas chevron gift cards! I am really loving chevron!
